M-57 Non-Freeway Signing

As Project Manager for the M-57 Non-Freeway Sign Upgrading project in Saginaw County, Spicer Group was responsible for conducting a field inventory of existing signs and designing new signage using SignCAD software. Additionally, the role included preparing cost estimates and developing the bid and specification package. The project involved upgrading 22.9 miles of non-freeway signage within the MDOT Bay City TSC area, aiming to enhance safety and improve road conditions for motorists.
