Alpena TSC Non-Freeway Signing

MDOT hired Spicer Group as the engineering firm responsible for the M-32, M-33, and M-65 Non-Freeway Sign Upgrading project. The scope of work included conducting a field inventory of existing signs, designing new signage using SignCAD software, preparing cost estimates, and developing the bid and specification package. The project covered 76.7 miles of non-freeway sign upgrades across M-32 and M-33 in Montmorency County and M-65 in Alpena and Presque Isle Counties, within the MDOT Alpena TSC area, to improve safety and functionality along these routes.
