Crystal Falls Non-Freeway Signing

Spicer Group served as the Project Manager for the M-28 & US-2 Non-Freeway Sign Upgrading project, overseeing a range of tasks from field inventory to design and implementation. This included conducting a comprehensive inventory of existing signs and designing new signage using SignCAD software. The team was also responsible for preparing cost estimates and developing the bid and specification package for the project. The project itself involved upgrading non-freeway signage across a total of 76.4 miles within the MDOT Crystal Falls TSC area, ensuring improved safety and functionality for the roadway system.
