Tittabawassee Road at Towne Center Road

Spicer Group was responsible for overseeing the plans for improvements to the traffic signal, sidewalk ramps, and pavement markings for the Tittabawassee Road at Towne Center Road Project. Spicer worked closely with the Saginaw County Road Commission (SCRC) to conduct a topographic survey and coordinating with utilities. The project, located in Kochville Township, Saginaw County, focused on modernizing the traffic signal at the intersection and designing ADA-compliant sidewalk ramp upgrades.

This project included many meetings with utility companies and the SCRC to coordinate the proposed signal layout, pole locations, signal operations, electrical service, and resolve any utility conflicts. Spicer also coordinated to address both overhead and underground facilities related to the proposed signal.
