Bay County Recreation Planning

Spicer Group has been assisting Bay County with recreation master planning for over a decade and most recently took on the task of assisting in updating the 5-year recreation master plan for 2023. The plan will set goals for the County to continue providing recreational opportunities and to create new ones for people in the community. Spicer Group will collect data about Bay County which includes demographics, natural features inventory, and an inventory of the parks and facilities. This data will be used to develop the Bay County Parks and Recreation goals and action plan to accomplish them.
