Saginaw City Hall Design Build Improvements
The City of Saginaw is currently upgrading City Hall, focusing on the HVAC system and security enhancements. Built in 1939, the historic building is undergoing construction to transform the garden level (basement) as well as renovations to the 1st and 2nd floor.
Spicer Group is providing architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering services for this project, along with construction oversight. The project will include renovations as well as new additions such as an open office space, storage room, new 1st floor ADA compliant restrooms, break room, new 2nd floor offices, and new security counters for each department.
The new updates will ensure compliance with current safety standards. The project includes minimal alterations and replacements to improve the building's overall safety and security while maintaining the historic accuracy of the building.
