Thomas Township Water Tank

Spicer Group assisted Thomas Township with designing several improvements and expansions to its drinking water distribution infrastructure to accommodate over $1 billion in planned expansions at Hemlock Semiconductor Corporation and an anticipated increase in residential, commercial, and industrial water usage to 1.8 billion gallons a year by 2018. Spicer Group also provided construction oversight, Community Development Block Grant fund administration assistance and permitting assistance. Improvements included the installation of 38,000 feet of 20-inch water main and the construction of a new 1.5-million-gallon water tank.
