Oliver Street Paving

Spicer Group provided all design and construction administration tasks for this project, which included full reconstruction of 0.67 miles of roadway in the City of Owosso. The entire roadway was replaced, new curb and gutter was added, all catch basins were replaced, and some mainline storm sewer was replaced. An on-street bicycle lane was also included with the road. Water main was installed along the length of the project, with new sidewalk on one side and ADA sidewalk ramps at all intersections, permanent signing, pavement markings, and maintaining traffic were included. This was an MDOT Small Urban Local Agency Project.
