Kochville Township Fashion Square Boulevard

Spicer Group collaborated with Kochville Township DDA to extend Fashion Square Boulevard by approximately 0.25 miles between Loeffler Lane and Kochville Road. The unique challenge involved a clean slate without tearing up existing roadways, navigating a 100-year floodplain, and meeting floodplain standards with EGLE collaboration. The extension features a four-lane street with amenities like ornamental lighting, sidewalk, bike path, drainage, and landscaping. Water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer lines were added to support future development along Fashion Square Boulevard.
