Webster Road at Freeland Road

As the Project Manager, Spicer Group was responsible for overseeing the planning and design of the traffic signal modernization, sidewalk ramps, and pavement markings for the Webster Road at Freeland Road Traffic Signal Project. The project also included conducting a topographic survey and coordinating with utilities. Located in Tittabawassee Township, Saginaw County, and in collaboration with the Saginaw County Road Commission and Tittabawassee Township, Spicer Group was tasked with collecting the necessary design survey to support the traffic signal redesign.
