Clintonwood Park Restroom and Day Camp Building

Clintonwood Park in Clarkston is a family-friendly environment recreation spot off Clarkston Road. The 120-acre park offers a paved pathway, playground, splash pad, and athletic features which include pickleball, basketball, four square and tennis courts. There is also baseball, softball, volleyball, and soccer fields. Independence Township hired Spicer Group to provide professional services to refurbish the day camp building located on the park grounds, which included a storage garage and restrooms.

The Clintonwood Park Day Camp Building was renovated to provide wheelchair access and a family restroom with outdoor changing areas for the splash pad. The restroom included new lighting and plumbing fixtures. Plumbing and accessories were also provided throughout the rest of the day camp building as well. Spicer Group provided the renovation design, bidding assistance, and construction administration for this project.
