Thomas Township DPW

Spicer Group was responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of a new Department of Public Works Building for Thomas Township. The new building includes a storage garage with three 18-foot by eight-foot doors large enough to accommodate a total of six police vehicles. A 10,500 square-foot storage area that includes two garage doors that are 12-foot by 14-foot for Department of Public Works equipment and materials was also included.

Other features of the facility include a reception/waiting area, two offices, conference room, utility room, copy machine room, break room and men’s and women’s locker rooms with adjacent restrooms and shower.
