Peninsula Township Fire Station

The Peninsula Township Fire Department requested Spicer Group’s assistance to evaluate their current facilities.These efforts were to determine what will be needed for repairs/upgrades and cost estimating for those repairs and upgrades. In addition, we investigated the feasibility of adding on to the current buildings and what the construction might cost.

The needed improvements were based on facility conditions, ISO criteria and existing rating, fire response area, current and future needs, functionality, ADA requirements, and code requirements. We have completed the study and have developed preliminary plans and cost estimates for the Township to move forward with fund raising.
