Millington Township

The Township offices occupied a former restaurant building that was renovated to house offices and a small meeting room. Spicer Group assisted the Township in remodeling the interior spaces to better utilize the available square footage and update the finish materials. Prior renovations had left the restaurant’s un-needed large kitchen space intact. This space was reorganized to suit the Township needs of office space.

The kitchen was designed into office space. The building contained two restrooms; one women’s and one men’s, which were reconfigured to meet ADA requirements. At the same time, we redesigned garage space to create office space for police personnel, a fireproof records room and storage for a police vehicle. The project was completed on time and on budget.
