Almont Police Station

Spicer Group worked in conjunction with Superior Construction Company in a design-build relationship to create a new police station for the Village and Township of Almont. The police department moved out of the old hall and into a standalone building Spicer Group designed. When the transition was completed, renovations to the Village/Township offices began and allowed for a large public meeting space and offices to be constructed for all the administrative staff. Spicer Group provided architecture design, engineering and construction administration work for this project which was completed in 2019 on budget.
