Saginaw Housing Commission Various Projects

Spicer Group is currently working with the Saginaw Housing Commission (SHC) on their Capital Improvements Program to improve their maintenance and janitorial services for existing SHC locations to keep them safe and more sustainable. In the next three-year period, a total of $1.3 million in improvements is budgeted for several projects.  

The projects completed through this program include, but are not limited to, boiler replacements, relocation of air conditioning units, fin tube relocation, fire alarm system replacement, elevator modernization, site security camera systems, site lighting, exterior weatherization repairs, and Rosein Towers Makeup Air Equipment Replacement.

Saginaw Housing Commission (SHC) locations that Spicer Group has provided work for include Pinewood Manor, Maplewood Manor, Elmwood Manor, Davenport Manor, Town & Garden Townhomes, and Rosien Towers.
