Grosse Pointe Park City Hall

The City of Grosse Pointe Park hired Spicer Group to provide professional engineering services for renovations of the City Hall and Public Safety buildings. Several updates were done to these buildings in the 1990’s; including windows, HVAC and floor coverings, however the buildings needed these areas updated and maintenance performed. Spicer Group provided design, bidding, and administrative services for the replacement and repairs of the City Hall and Public Safety buildings. During the project the windows and doors were replaced, HVAC systems evaluated and replaced, lighting redesigned, and interior finishes updated.
