Plainfield Township Master Plan

Spicer Group assisted Plainfield Township in Iosco County with updating their Master Plan with achievable goals for the community’s future development and commitment to retaining local quality of life. The Master Plan covers current demographics trends, a public input section covering current hot topics within the community, revised goals and objectives, an updated future land use map that show land use changes that have occurred in the past five years, and an implementation plan. The Township worked with Spicer Group using community feedback and professional opinion to develop steps to further improve the area.
