Tilted Axis Brewery

Spicer Group was responsible for assisting with the design of a new brewery for Tilted Axis located off Nespressing Street in downtown Lapeer. The Tilted Axis Brewery offers a wide range of food and beverage options for customers, and they are very involved in the community with activities and events. Spicer Group had great client relations and provided architectural and design services for the brew pub which included final designs, and construction administration assistance.

Spicer Group also provided plans for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical with permits and did edits after feedback to create the best possible drawings with the most accuracy. The brewery is now a popular site within the Lapeer community.
