April Calendar Page

Spicer Group inspector Jacob Chartier took this photo while working on US-127 just north of Lansing after crews were finishing up for the night installing the overhead truss and new signs. The worker in the bucket is going up to finish tightening the bolts on the truss before the highway was opened to traffic.

It’s Scholarship Time!

The Clifford Spicer Scholarship Fund was founded in 1998 in honor of Spicer Group founder, Clifford H. Spicer. It is administered by the Saginaw Community Foundation and awarded each May to a high school senior or college student that is studying Civil Engineering or Land Surveying, the disciplines studied by Mr. Spicer. If you, or someone you know is interested in applying for the scholarship, go to www.saginawfoundation.org for the online application. Act soon – the scholarship is due on February 15, 2018!
