Wastewater Treatment Plant Mapping

Spicer Group provides wastewater engineering services for several municipalities located throughout Michigan and the Midwest. These services sometimes require topographic surveys to be executed on wastewater treatment plants.

As an added value at minimal project cost, we are using our unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) services to obtain high-resolution imagery to support the wastewater engineering efforts. The imagery provides a great tool for future planning and offers overall site context when overlaid on the site engineering design during design phases. 

Capturing high-resolution imagery can be done so cost effectively that periodic updates are now easily obtainable without the worry of coordinating flight seasons or time-of-year restrictions with traditional photogrammetry methods.
