Fashion Square Boulevard Extension

Spicer Group worked with Kochville Township to extend the busy Fashion Square Boulevard a quarter mile northward to Kochville Road. Originating several miles to the south in Saginaw Charter Township, Fashion Square Boulevard provides convenient access to many restaurants, businesses, and retail stores and serves as an alternative route around the busy M-84/Bay Road corridor. In addition, the new portion of the Boulevard has opened access to new sites for development of restaurants, professional buildings and shopping centers. The new road boasts sidewalks, decorative street lighting, park benches, and a new bike path to match the existing portion of the boulevard to the south. Spicer Group assisted with conceptual planning, easement acquisition, survey, design, permitting, and construction inspection on this project.
