Old Paint Creek Trail
The Department of Natural Resources Parks and Recreation Division sought out services for the construction of a new pedestrian bridge for the Paint Creek Trail. Spicer Group was hired to provide survey, design and construction oversight for this project at Bald Mountain Recreation area in Oakland, Michigan. The Paint Creek trail spans 8.9 miles from Atwater in Meeks park, through the Bald Mountain Recreation Area and ending in Downtown Rochester Hills at the Riverwalk. The pedestrian bridge 31.7 spans across Paint Creek just north of downtown Rochester along the trail.
In 2022 the Paint Creek Trailways Commission announced it had received a $50,000 grant through the Ralph C.
