Guidance Carrollton Iron Belle Trail Head

Spicer Group assisted Carrollton Township in 2020 with plans and designs for the Iron Belle Trailhead project with funding from a Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Grant. The project site is located off Mapleridge Road, and the improvements included a bike repair station, park benches, landscaping, entry signage, interpretive signage, bathrooms, a six-foot-high chain link fence, parking lot and drainage. Spicer Group provided all professional services for design engineering, grant administration, bidding assistance, and construction administration.
