Michigan Cardiovascular Institute

Michigan Cardiovascular Institute is an eight-acre commercial condominium development located in the City of Saginaw. Spicer Group developed a Master Plan to assist the client with the phasing of the project as well as an infrastructure plan. Other services included planning and zoning assistance, site lighting design, survey, permitting, construction administration, inspection, and material testing. Site challenges included a contaminated site and the fact that the property was located within the 100-year floodplain. Site filling and floodplain mitigation was required along with the associated permitting issues.
