Spicer Group assisted Fabiano Brothers, Inc. with site-planning services for the commercial development of a new 68-acre business park site located in Monitor Charter Township. The site includes the development of a business condominium comprised of nine lots with adjoining parking lots.

In addition to the business park development, a $16 million, 190,000-square-foot distribution center was recently constructed on one of the lots. The center employs a staff of 300 individuals. The business park includes a loop road with public utilities within the road right-of-way. All parking areas, water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer were designed by Spicer according to governing authority guidelines. The development of the site includes the following services:
