Richland Township Master Plan

Spicer Group has worked with Richland Township on many community improvement projects over the years. We were hired to update a previous master plan to meet the new goals and aspirations of the Township. The master plan helped to provide a guide for land use decisions, communicated a clear blueprint of the goals, and accompanying steps to achieving those set goals. The master plan update also included more recent data on Richland Township that could be used when implementing future community plans. 

Spicer Group made sure to keep an open line of communication with the public to receive important feedback that helped prioritize which areas were most important for the Township.
