Cardinal Square Streetscape

Spicer Group assisted the Kochville Township Downtown Development Authority with streetscape and landscape improvements to their business district. The project included the following streetscape items: decorative street lights with banners, flags, park benches, decorative trees and bushes, sidewalk and stamped color concrete areas, stamped concrete cross walks, trash receptacles.
