Hoyt Library Renovations

Spicer Group provided the project administration for this $3.5 million renovation project. Providing project management for a local architectural firm, several subconsultants, and the contractor, Spicer Group supervised the building renovations, specifications for furnishings, HVAC replacement and updating, installation of data lines, and electrical renovations.

 Funding for the extensive remodeling project came from a millage and contributions from area foundations, individuals, and corporations. Financial record keeping on the part of Spicer Group was necessary, especially due to the large number of contractors and separate funding mechanisms.
